What types of health insurance do you accept?
We accept most commercial health care plans including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Independent Health, Medicare, No-Fault and Worker's Compensation. Â Please see Accepted Insurances on Home Page for a full list. Â We offer an affordable self-pay rate as well.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No you do not need a referral to be seen by a Physical Therapist. Â Under NYS law Physical Therapists are allowed to see patients via direct access for up to 10 visits. Â However a doctor's referral is recommended.
What is your new patient procedure?
On your first visit with us there will be paperwork work for you to fill out prior to beginning Physical Therapy.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for time for new patient paperwork.  Following paper work, you will be seen 1 on 1 with one of our therapists and you can expect to be at our clinic for roughly 1 hour.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
On your first appointment please dress comfortably.  We also ask that you bring your insurance card, ID, Doctor's script if applicable, and any associated paper work.
